Dr Louise Malone enjoys all aspects of general family practice. She joined the practice in 2013 bringing a variety of skills including a specialist interest in women’s health, long acting reversible contraception, pediatrics, dermatology and medical education. Having spent several years working in hospital medicine, she is comfortable managing those with complex medical complaints.
Louise graduated from the UCD school of medicine in 2004. LouiseĀ gained experience in a variety of fields including emergency medicine, pediatrics, gerontology and psychiatry in both Australia and Ireland prior to commencing GP training. She completed her GP specialist training scheme in 2013 and entered the specialist register.
In addition to her medical degree and Membership of the Irish College of General Practitioners, she holds additional qualifications including a Diploma in Medicine for the Elderly, Diploma in Child Health, Diploma in Psychiatry, Diploma in Dermatology and Masters in Medical Education.
Louise is an Assistant Programme Director with the North Dublin GP training scheme based in the Mater Hospital.
