Appointments
The practice is run on an appointment basis. We recommend that all clients attend a minimum of 10 minutes prior to their allocated appointment time. We are unable to accommodate patients who arrive after their appointment time. We endeavour to accommodate medical emergencies at all times and this may affect the running of appointment times.
House calls
Routine house calls are not provided by the practice however emergency house calls may be requested by telephoning the practice and discussing the request with a member of staff. If deemed necessary these will be facilitated using the Doctor on Duty service.
Prescriptions
Repeat prescriptions are available to order in person or by phone and require 48 hours notice.
In general patients must have been seen within the last 6 months in order to renew a repeat prescription.
All prescription requests are subject to approval by a doctor.
